This beautiful lamp base looks to be handcrafted. Believe to be purchased at an arts and crafts fair in the 1980's.It is decorated on all sides so it looks great from any angle. Ceramic with a black glaze with raised floral design on the front and back with pink/rose and blue flowers with yellow centers.. The sides also have a raised buds in green and pink/rose. It has it's original finial which is also ceramic in a cone shape with black swirl. It measures 28 1/2 tall to the top of the finial. 18 to the top of the socket. The base is 10 1/2 across at the widest point X 4 1/2 deep. The bottom is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2 with a felt cover. No signature to indicate maker but it is beautifully made. It has a 3 switch. It has a couple minor condition issues. The last phot show a small spot on the back edge where the surface glaze is damage as well as a on the very bottom edge that looks to have been painted over. There are also a couple other small areas on the bottom edge .
