Sekina Aoi (葵 せきな) is a Japanese light novel author, best known for creating the popular light novel series Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion). The series was well-received and adapted into both manga and anime formats. Aoi is also known for writing other light novels, such as Gamers!, which also gained popularity and was adapted into an anime series.
The item could've been obtained during a signing session with Sekina Aoi at the 18th Taipei International Book Exhibition, held on January 28, 2010. The event took place at the anime section of the exhibition, where Sekina Aoi signed autographs.
