Rogatien “Rogie” Vachon dream lot of cards everything but no I am including a 2005 SPx Flashback Fabrics with autograph as the ghost cherry on top of this historical lot.
The crown jewel would be the Vezina Winner Rogie MTL Jersey swatch and the Georges Vezina piece of skate dual memorabilia card 4/9, but that’s just my opinion.
1967-68 the expansion from 6 teams to 12 teams and the birthday of the Los Angeles Kings. After winning a few Stanley Cups with Le bleu, blanc en Rouge, Rogie was traded to the Kings and life began in LA.
Never won a cup with LA but was the main attraction after Sawchuk was gone and just as Dionne made his way to center the Triple Crown Line with Taylor and Simmer.
What a wonderful career rewarded with a place in the NHL Hall of Fame in Toronto.
