This is a sterling silver brooch made by Taxco. It is signed Mexico and 925 for it's silver content. It has what looks to be a poinsettia design at the top with 2 leaves made with an abalone inlay. There is a small bell dangling from the center. It measures 2.25' x 1.5 approximately and the weight is 12.5g. It is in good vintage condition but has some scratches and dings and a LOT of tarnish. It could use a good polishing. The abaolone inlay is in good condition. I only see 1 or 2 TINY places along the edge where it may be slightly chipped but it could just be the unevenness of the abalone itself. (Bin#MS3)
