This ashtray was well used and well loved. The ashtray bears the Friars Club trademark image from the iconic private social club in NYC notably known for their scorching celebrity roasts. The graphics show a Friar and the sentiment PRAE OMNIA FRATERNITAS. In 2021 the Friars Club trademark lapsed and was cancelled. The Friars Club established in 1904 may have seen its last show after it struggled to reopen following the pandemic and floods in NYC. This is your chance to own a piece of NYC celebrity past.
