Scheherazade recounts her life, including her childhood, adventures, and encounters with her family
Scheherazade was born fifth in a litter of six and spent many hours listening to her mother's stories about their family. Her mother was raised in a clergyman's home, but her father, Mu Chieng, was known for his amorous nature and talent for purring the cat's pajamas right off her. Scheherazade describes her adventures in a bachelor's apartment, including her jealous fits over one of her master's admirers and her first encounter with a mouse.
