Unbelievable rare Tracy FEITH midi dress. Circa Y2K. Sz 2 similar to another FEITH worn x Carrie Bradshaw on Sex & the City, and many worn x Paris Hilton. Asymmetrical hem w sheer silk panel. Drop waist is a cool wet sticky patent black material. Reminds me of wet look leather. Not stretchy though. Dress has mild stretch. Tie at top is permanent & is reinforced underneath so it doesnt stretch out. Long side zip. Bottom silk panel has a few very faint spots that when held up to light are undetectable. Light snag across bottom silk hem. One pin dot sz mark on panel as well. See pix for all. No other defects. Length: 44” not inc silk panel. 50” inc panel. Pip to pit 16”Natural waist 13” across, low waist/ black part 15” across.
