The Sanhong Honey pomelo is an excellent variety selected from a single mutated bud of the Red Flesh Honey Pomelo. It is named “Sanhong” (Three Reds) because it exhibits three distinct red features: red flesh, red pith, and a light red outer peel after bagging. The Sanhong Honey Pomelo matures relatively early. It has large fruits with thin skin, seedless flesh, vibrant color, and is juicy and soft with a sweet and slightly acidic taste. This variety not only consistently produces high yields but also has strong environmental adaptability.
