This is a 1960s US Army rain parka.
While US Navy rain parkas are often seen from the 1940s, and I've had several chances to see early models, I've only ever seen this one Army parka.
The difference is the presence or absence of pockets.
I was drawn to its rarity and bought it for about 40,000 yen in Osu, but I'm selling it because I'm short on money.
