Hot Wheels 1:24 BANK & Regular 1:64 - '32 Ford Delivery,... Issued 1996 & Only through JCPenney (note the JCP on the front grille)... 1:24 Bank is sharp in I think Metallic Burgundy??? with Black Roof and Flames on nose along with the Hot Wheels Logo on sides, front plate with J.C.P, Chrome Rims, Real Riders... The 1:64 Van is Metallic Red with Flames on nose & doors, Hot Wheels Logo on sides, Chrome Rims with Solid Tires... These were only available through JC Penney mail out flyer like the Treasure Hunts sets were back then... Been in my dry storage since new & in Perfect Condition... VGC and a Mean Delivery Truck... Very Hard To Find.
