Vintage Swiss jewelry music box by Franz Carl Weber, the iconic Zurich toy & gift house established in 1881. Crafted from carved maple wood, this keepsake features a carved floral exterior and a rich blue tufted silk-lined interior, evoking timeless sophistication. The box expands into a 3 tier design. ca 1950's-60's.
The music box plays two beloved waltzes—“On the Beautiful Blue Danube” and “Kaiser-Walzer (Emperor Waltz)”, both composed by Johann Strauss II. The melodies are full of Old-World charm, perfect for adding atmosphere to any vanity, dresser, or collector's shelf.
