Adore the beautiful hat flowers. Long skirt & jacket w/blue accents, matching hat, blue parasol.Covered by tissue paper of sorts, discolored/aged & worn, tacked to the *back* of the board, so you can flip it up & over to reveal the color sketch underneath. Tissue is patchy yellow, shows edge wear/tear, old sticker residue, but it truly protected the sketch underneath which remains quite bright & mostly clean. Board w/little age discoloration, mostly edge/corner wear. Few marks here & there, some edge wear to the board & bumped corners, but overall great. No COA.
