So, this is a reversible fleece on one side, rips stop material on the other. Obviously, the tags aren’t on it because it’s reversible. I measured it to the other 10-12 NF jackets I have and it’s almost identical in size. Pretty confident in the size. I also only usually but waterproof jackets but… this might be water resistant on the rip stop side. Honestly, I can’t remember. Either way, good versatile jacket for fall and spring or in winter if in a warmer climate. I don’t see any rips or stains. My kids have multiple coats so this one didn’t see a ton of use. Zippers all in great condition.
