Brand new, only out of the box long enough for me to activate it and then realize I bought the wrong one. They were going to charge me a ridiculous amount for restocking fees and I refuse to pay that. Phone is in perfect, brand new condition. I am the only owner. It is unlocked for use with any carrier. Battery life is incredible in these new S24's. Literal days with normal to heavy use on one charge. They're incredibly light but durable.
