It doesn't have the brand tags or size as it is a sample. The dress is using fabric specifically from the CH 2019 season/collection*Burgundy tulle drapes down this gown with 8 ruffled layers*Tiered silhouette*under the top layer of tulle is a layer of glittery metallic netted mesh colorful fabric*under the netted fabric is the bottom layer made of silk gazar material with the all-over Oleander floral print used in other CH pieces that did make it to production (see other pics for reference)*shoulder straps are sewn in on the front, but are not sewn on the back, just pinned on.
