Worn a handful of times and does have some surface scratches on the back but overall very good condition and has been professionally cleaned by Kay Jewelers multiple times. All pave stones intact. Sterling silver heart locket from Kay Jewelers. Inside is a separate, removable, sterling silver heart necklace that you can remove and wear alone.
