BUXOM MAE TO FIGHT MATE'S SUIT
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - Mae West, who has more curves at her command than a major league hurler, pictured recently when she had the world believing that she was a spinster, despite the fact that there were copies of a marriage certificate which gave not only her own name but that of her parents. On July 7, however, she admitted for the first time that she was married to Frank Wallace, former New York vaudeville performer; on April 11, 1911, in an answer filed in Superior Court here to a suit brought by Wallace to confirm the fact of his wedding to her and to establish a community property interest in her holdings.
