William Winter (July 15, 1836 – June 30, 1917) was an American dramatic critic and author, born in Gloucester, Massachusetts. First published in 1892, this is the reprinted edition published in October 1893 by Macmillan & Co, New York.
Condition:
Shelf wear present and rubbing on the spine.
Top spine has tearing.
Pages have yellowed with age and exhibit spots.
There are bookmark markings on several pages.
Several pages have inscriptions; the 4th page has an inscription dated 1932, and the previous owner wrote what seems to be an obituary on the last page. There are also pencil writings on several other pages, but these do not affect the content.
Binding is still tight with no loose pages; all pages are intact.
Overall in good antique condition.
