This is an authentic shadowbox made in Mexico, the figurine of the de las muertos lady smoking a cigarette on a coffin is something that I've had for 20+ years that when this shadowbox came into my life, I knew exactly what was missing to make it nearly perfect. I will emphasize the word nearly because unfortunately due to the figurine's high heel shoe, it acts like a door stopper, preventing the glass window from shutting all the way.. I still think it looks fabulous but I'm brainstorming up ways to remedy this small overlook. Any suggestions/ideas on how to do so are welcome. Until then, I'll be selling this as a lot of 2 items, the shadowbox & the figurine & will pack them up separately when shipping @janetcapricorn thanks so much for making this piece come to life & uniting them together! 🖤
