“Reform School Girl” featuring blond haired (Vickers) fighting dark haired (Castillo) wrestling for a pair of scissors is a very popular & highly collectible vintage movie poster featuring a classic scene from one of the infamous sexploitation films released in the 1950’s and 1960’s. “Reform School Girl” was one of many midcentury sexploitation films released by American International Pictures (AIP) during that period. AIP's films were largely focused on juvenile delinquency. As part of the AIP formula, young girls were typically depicted as good or bad with so-called bad girls portrayed as petty thieves, gang members, or girlfriends of gang members.
This is an original and authentic unrestored One Sheet (27 X 41 ) poster in very fine to near mint condition with vivid color and general signs of use, such as light edge wear, creases, slight fold sep & fold wear. There is some minor toning in the folds.
