1995 France it is authentic the inside is perfectly clean piping is good hardware is shinny but on 2 spots there was color transfer onto my bag it comes with dust bug and can be hidden in how u good the bag …. So sad was a prestine bag minus the color transfer but price reflects the imperfections comes with dust bag as well
