This vintage Health Tex once piece, overalls, romper outfit is in good vintage condition with 2 flaws. As seen in last photos, there is a small white spot on the front and a hole under one arm. There is general wear from use. This is a blue one piece with attached faux straps. The shoulder snaps open and closed and there are snaps on the bottom for easy changing of diapers. There is a train print on the arms and a white embroidered train on the front. Probably from about the late 60s or 70s. 50% polyester, 50% cotton.
