From 1972, I bought from a local train and toy auction & the man I bought it from said it was from then. It is not Lionel, but it has all real railway logo's and insignias all over. Historical trains & transit locomotives.No tag inside and no size but I would say a M.Can be Unisex, a Men's top, but can be worn by a woman definitely & can be unisex.It can fit oversized, be worn open as a shirt jacket, or as a style accent to another top or jacket, you can wear a corset with it or belt at center to cinch it and maybe turn into a mini dress or tunic top and dress up with it & get fancy; can tuck it in, can do so many things with this beautiful piece.
