It was establish in 1999 and aimed to market Levi’s as a still innovative force in the world of denim (at the time they began seeing less sales and much more competition). The result was often highly experimental designs recalling back to classics such as reinventions of 5-pocket jeans. The label was given essentially every resource they could need allowing them to come up with, at the time, wildly different designs than the competition.
