Rare vintage Lilli Ann leather and faux fur coat, the late 1940’s to early 1950

Rare vintage Lilli Ann leather and faux fur coat, from the late 1940’s to early 1950’s. This is one of her 1st fur coats that she made after ww2, see the unique threading alone the inner seams and the placement of the tag. Chest is 21, length is 33, and arm length is 18. The tags says 12 but I feel like it fits like a small to medium. It fastens with 2 plastic eye hooks and the bottom one broke off but with the belt to secure it, you won’t miss it but I will include the broken piece with the coat just in case. No tares, rips, holes, or pulls in the leather, silk lining, or fur. The only other flaw is some wear (slight discoloration) to the back of both sleeves near the wrist and on the end of one side on the belt, as shown in pics.
