・Used 1-2 times at concerts, then stored in a closet for many years.

・Ver. 3 is originally prone to unstable contact. I have checked that it lights up with new batteries, but there is a possibility of unstable contact when you receive it. In that case, try shaking it or pressing on the batteries.
