Found at an estate sale. It is Marks 925 and Italy so I know its sterling silver and its also nickel free. Its stamped and F. I believe the pearl to be genuine. It doesnt look to be a perfect circle. It feels gritty on my teeth. I apologize for putting it in my mouth. it reflects light. I dont know what else to tell you. I know the pearl is set in Sterling. The little gemstone I dont know if it is a diamond or if it is cubic zirconia. Because in silver, it makes me think cubic. But its also made in Italy and vintage, so Im not sure. The necklace is a twisted design. There is one kink on one side. I cannot see to get the kink out. I dont even know if its possible to get out so do look at the photos. Its delicate its beautiful.
