This is a really fun piece of history to own and use for your modern day needs! This is a Victorian handkerchief ring/holder.It is a very dainty little piece, and works well! There is a small ring (not the finger ring) that slides up and down the handle of the "tongs" that allows them to open and also holds them closed.Has a dark patina in places, mostly on the ring and chain, which I have not cleaned or polished. Tested gold. Excellent condition. Please see pictures for condition and measurement.
