This amazing vintage skirt by Pierre Cardin was made in Italy in the 1980s of 100% cotton. It's a wrap skirt that uses sturdy velcro in two places at the waist to stay in place.The skirt is in excellent vintage condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find. The print is bright and colorful.Please review the below measurements to ensure it's a good fit for you. They were taken on the front of the skirt with it velcro-ed closed at both points and laid flat.Waist: 12.5"Hips (Measured 7" below Waist): 18"Length: ~19"Please let me know if you have any questions.
