Stunning chunky baltic amber STATEMENT Necklace. Fabulous shades of honey amber orange large chunk beads that are graduated in size and hand knotted.I love amber for so many reasons... let's start with... it is honestly light weight for the size of the beads.Its an organic material from the earth. And it looks so chic and expensive for a very reasonable price.Great to compliment jeans every day or your best little black dress and stilettos. Minimal to MOD it is sure to compliment and complete almost any look. I could even see this mix and matched with Bakelite.Era - I have personally owned this piece since the early 2000s ... maybe 2002. I purchased it at an estate sale with no background info... but i feel like a lot of Baltic amber surfaced in the states in the late 80s early 90s.Great Vintage condition, just a little light average wear.... it wears and looks stunning on. There is one place I'm not sure if it's a natural mark or flaw from wear... but I show it in the last pic. Again this wears beautifully and that is really not noticeable when wearing.Length is about 13.5 inchesThe larger chunks are about 1 & 1/8th inch by 1 inchThere is no clasp.
