All DVDs are brand new, sealed, and unopened. I bought volume 3 from Amazon and received the DVD as shown in the pictures above. I have never opened or played the discs in volume 3. The seal is still on Volume 3 as shown above. Volume 3 DVD also has some damage on the side where you close the DVD.
