Slips on. Made from a crepe chiffon polyester material. Dark fuchsia, berry color.

Overall in good condition with a few minor flaws. Besides the elastic issue noted above, there's a small snag on the collar & some spots both on the back of the dress and on the sash belt. All shown in photos
