This is a 1980 S mint proof set that has what appears to be a piece of brown paper sealed in it that sat on the reverse of the nickel causing toning that looks just like a smiley face once the paper moved. Probably slid down when the unopened set of five was delivered to me. You can clearly see the small piece of paper in the picture.
