Fenton Original 2002 Opalescent Basket signed by the Artist, C. Smith. This design was created to commemorate Labor Day, 2002. Has been packed away in the original box since moving 2013. I personally purchased this basket for my collection! Handcrafted of French Opalescent Glass that is striking. Finished with a double crimp and a rib twisted handle. Then hand painted with a simple patchwork pattern using stripes flowers leaves and cherries in cranberry gold tones and greens. Hand signed by the artist that painted it, C Smith.
