A.M. Germany Bisque Miss Fannie Turgeon's 2002 Americana Sammy Doll. I think the numbers are 350/8? I could not find out much information on this doll. Handmade clothing. Hand painted head with what looks like glass eyes. I am not a doll expert. The legs and feet are not bisque. Length is approximately 25 1/2". The dolls that I have seen by Miss Fannie Turgeon's do not look anything like this with the markings on the back of head. Her dolls say composition pottery also. The length of the bisque hands/arms are approximately 6" up to the elbow. Has original tag attached to side of pants from Miss FannieTurgeon's Ltd. Memories in Cloth. Name, Sammy,Signed & Dated. This may be an older bisque doll that she just made the clothing for. Again, I am not a doll expert. This doll came from a large collection of porcelian dolls, handmade dolls, bears, Americana, primitive and folk art.LLTub1
