Antique, handmade, 14K bezel set carved profile lady shell cameo. the bezel has a couple of low karat or lead soft solder repairs, the rope and bezel and pinstem acid test to14k, the post that the catch is on tests to 10k (this looks like an old repair where someone replaced the catch on the brooch. Under bezel looks soldered on with a very soft solder as well
The cameo is in Excellent condition, (there is some minor crazing to the right of the face)
