This dress is new with tag but has some staining to the skirt under the tulle. I don’t know what the stains are as the dress was purchased with these defects.

There is a dotted stain lay out and a stain that forms more of a line.
You will see in the pictures I am pointing to the dotted stains and the stain with the line is indicated along side the tape measure
With each picture I have tried to illustrate how the stain will look with and without the tulle over the stain.
This dress does have an attached under skirt
The listing title is the manufacturer title of the dress obviously these are not real pearls and “white” was decided by the manufacturer
This dress is new with tags but I have marked it as fair to indicate the flaws.
