From my personal collection, I most likely bought it second hand. I don't know the maker (unless it's on the back and I can read it) or the grade as I collect all grades of pins.
Revamped some of my ita bags, selling pins instead of storing them to sell later lol.
Comes with locking pin backs, you push the lip down and pull up the top to remove it. I found a picture to show what I mean.
Stand not included.
Listing as Fair, because I did have these on my ITA bag, though I probably didn't take it out lol. I don't personally see any flaws but please if you need a better picture of something let me know.
