Antique rare Georgian era mourning brooch with crystal and seed pearls. All original. It has engraving on back with persons name dated 1841 and October 26. These were used for either lockets of hair or miniature portraits during the mourning of lost loved ones. Beautiful condition the crystal is not cracked. The pin closure works . 9k gold. Measures 3/4 of inch. Beautiful condition for its age. Smoke free environment.
