Frame is high quality, well made blue metal Custom cut paper matte is white with red musical notes stickers on it Great condition for the age , there’s some dust/ black marks in between the glass and the matte - could be removed by taking apart the frame and trying to clean it , but it’s not really noticeable when it’s on the wall .
