Estate 14K Yellow Gold Natural Diamond and Sapphire Engagement Ring 0.20 carat

Set securely in the center of this ring is a natural round cut diamond. The diamond measures 3.8mm and weighs approximately 0.20 carat. It is set with 6 prongs and sits 7mm off of your finger. It is a natural white diamond with no visible inclusions. The setting also has four natural marquise shape blue sapphire set two on each side. They are each set with two prongs and have a dark blue color. And there are two swirls of gold at the top and bottom of the ring that lead down the band. It measures 7/16 across the center of the ring and the sapphires span 1/2 . The band tapers to a 1.5mm high polished shank which would be easy to size up or down (locally). The setting is solid yellow gold and is stamped 14K on the inside of the band. I have cleaned it in the ultrasound and polished it on the buffing wheel. Well cared for and in very good preowned condition. Well made 2.7 grams size 7 perfect as an engagement ring, promise ring or right hand ring!
