It is in brand new first time out of box condition and measures about 9 x 3 x 4 . It came out and made in 1999. It does come with a Certificate of Authenticity. They include the ladders and water gun and all accessory pieces inckuded and are still sealed in package . Perfect item for the collector or gift for a child.
