The girls decide to throw a surprise party for Chelsea and since they already have their fabulous costumes, what would be better than a masquerade party? Chelsea wears her first outfit minus the jacket and comes with her purse, second pair of shoes and skirt from the second outfit. Her hair has gotten messy over time and needed redone. I upgraded to in box so letting go of the one I have had on display. I had purchased her second hand several years back so she is not perfect or complete but no major flaws.
