Made by DC, the snowboarding apparel experts, the jacket is waterproof up to 10000mm according to label and it is not overly heavy but provides many extras such as a built in elasticized vest hem to cinch in at the waist to keep cold and air from getting under the jacket. Inside hook and loop pocket inside with slash zipper pockets outside and on sleeve. Very nice for a trip to skiing or a snowboarder. Chest is 41 around. Looks brand new never worn
