I'm so excited and happy to introduce you all to the Smilla doll! This pattern was created by Carocreated on etsy, and was a very nice challenge for me, as I've never done anything this detailed before. Smilla dawns a beautiful blue dress with pearl buttons and lace detailing, mary jane shoes with a brown button at each end, and brown socks with navy and white knit detailing. As far as her looks go, she has fox red hair that is curled at the ends and is 14 inches tall, which is perfect for cuddling. I used safety eyes, so no worries about any eye mishaps. The shoes are detachable. This doll is great for decoration, or for a child that takes great care of their toys. The photos at the end are the process of creating and putting her together. Enjoy!
