Out of 60+ in our personal, and ever evolving, collection this model is a favorite! We have this same iteration as well as the grey vinyl covered model with black plastic barrel focuser.
Cleaned internally of haze causing film, the BK-7 prisms have had their frosted sides blackened to slightly increase brightness and contrast. Not perfect, they are now perfectly useable! See last two pics taken through this bino.
Focusing controls smooth after a lube job. We added a strong black nylon web carry strap. No case, but will include a set of up-cycled ocular lens caps.
