This laser rotary level is in good condition and it has been tested. The device, battery, charger, remote, and laser detector are all in good condition. Each and every part of this set has been tested. This set comes with a remote control, battery, battery charger, grid target, glasses, carrying case, manual, and laser detector. There are some marks on the device and the case as well as a KIMO label. The appears to be the name of the previous owner/company of this device. The device has been used and there are some obvious signs of use in the form of marks around the device and its pieces, but nothing too bad. The case is also pretty dirty with some scratches and marks around, but nothing too bad. The remote and the laser detector do come with batteries, but I cannot guarantee the charge remaining on them. The batteries had enough juice to deem the devices operational upon testing, but this could change overtime. Please see the attached images for specific details.
