The bangle is 7 around and can open/close.
***Please note that the bracelet is antique/vintage inspired, and the markings/wear shown on the moon/bracelet are intentional. It was purchased years ago and has been stored inside its original box. The velvet pillow has indents due to the bangle hugging it. Box has very light inner flaws (see last two photos), which does not affect its outer appearance.
