We purchased this for my husband after heart issues a few years ago. It was only used a couple of times. You will need to download the app and sign up for a free account. I do not think you need a subscription but you may want to check into it. It comes in a grey carrying case and has an optional wall mount. I would recommend putting a new watch battery CR2016 to optimize performance. Selling as is. Paid $80 new from Amazon. No smoking no pet home. Feel free to ask if any questions.
