A pair of red tortion spring repair blocks, used. Intended for wire sizes .3750-.4305. Tools for temporarily repairing a broken garage door spring. If you don't know what these are, you ought'nt use them.
If you are unfamiliar with working on garage door springs, I feel duty bound to strongly discourage diy repairs regarding garage doors, especially anything pertaining to the spring assembly, as any small overlook can result in serious injury, death, and property damage. Specialized tools, like these ones, are required to do the job safely and effectively.
